Senior Delivery Manager (Product Suite, IT)

Description

Lead delivery across an IT product suite composed of multiple agile teams, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, dependencies, risks, and progress. Act as the bridge between product and business stakeholders and the delivery teams to drive predictable, outcome-focused delivery using data-driven decisions. Own the product suite budget and provide transparent reporting and executive stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across a multi-team agile product suite
• Align priorities between product, business stakeholders, and delivery teams
• Track outcomes, manage risks and impediments, and enable data-driven decisions
• Support product suite planning, prioritization, sequencing, and capacity management
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and value realization for the suite
• Provide transparent reporting, executive summaries, and stakeholder communication
• Provide hands-on delivery leadership and coaching to teams when needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the Delivery Management community

Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in delivery, programme, or project management
• Proven experience driving delivery in complex IT environments (ideally product-centric/agile)
• Experience with programme/portfolio financial management (budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling)
• Strong delivery governance, dependency management, and risk handling
• Experience with Azure DevOps and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Microsoft 365)
• Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations across locations
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Pragmatic, structured, outcome-driven mindset with trust-building capability
• Willingness to work regularly from the Warsaw office
• Engineering background or degree (advantage)
• Facilitation certification (plus)
