Description

The Senior Transformation Manager oversees and improves processes related to M&A governance and reporting, ensuring effective project coordination and management of risks and dependencies. The role supports strategic initiatives with an emphasis on operational efficiency and clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Global IT M&A governance, reporting, and management tools
• Establish frameworks for prioritization, criticality, readiness, risk, blockers, and progress tracking across M&A and transformation initiatives
• Create and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures for informed decision-making
• Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting and governance processes
• Plan, coordinate, and execute M&A, integration, carve-out, transformation, and standardization initiatives
• Maintain project plans, action trackers, and deliverables
• Coordinate across global teams and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and drive follow-up on actions and risks
• Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies throughout initiatives
• Develop and implement reporting, workflow, and automation solutions
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and communication efforts
• Support Global IT standardization initiatives and contribute to best practices

Requirements

• Strong experience in M&A governance and reporting processes
• Project management skills with proficiency in managing complex initiatives
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience with risk management techniques and tools

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of automation solutions and continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with Gantt charts, dashboards, and project management tools
• Experience in international project environments and cross-functional collaboration
