Description

You will be responsible for the strategic procurement of IT delivery and services, including software, hardware, and external services.

The role includes leading contract negotiations and drafting framework, work, and service contracts and cooperation contracts, with support from the legal department. You will also manage suppliers, coordinate procurement activities in tender processes, and report to the purchasing manager.

Responsibilities

• Procure IT goods and services across the software, hardware, and external services categories

• Conduct contract negotiations and draft framework, work, and service contracts as well as cooperation contracts

• Manage contract-relevant correspondence in cooperation with the legal department

• Manage suppliers and coordinate procurement activities in tender processes

• Provide reporting to the purchasing manager

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration (BWL) with a legal focus or a comparable field of study

• Several years of relevant professional experience

• Solid knowledge of framework, work, and service contracts

• Confident use of Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is desirable

• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)

• Additional knowledge of international procurement strategies

• Experience implementing purchasing systems
