Description

You will design and evolve integrative IT solutions around Artificial Intelligence, knowledge management, and group-wide information management. You will advise business teams on implementing the IT strategy in an international environment and take functional ownership for central topics, with a path toward leadership responsibility. You will drive the internationalization of strategic application landscapes and information-management structures and act as a key point of contact for global Enterprise Information Management alignment.

Responsibilities

• Concept and further develop integrative IT solutions for AI, knowledge management, and group-wide information management
• Advise functional departments on implementing the IT strategy in an international environment
• Take functional responsibility for central topics, with potential future leadership responsibility
• Drive the internationalization of strategic application landscapes and information-management structures
• Serve as central contact for complex questions related to the global direction of Enterprise Information Management
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement future-ready information architectures

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, or comparable qualification; practical experience in Data, AI, or Enterprise Architecture is ideal
• Independent, hands-on personality with the ability to push topics forward with responsibility
• Strategic foresight, analytical thinking, and high implementation competence
• Strong technical knowledge in cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure, plus AI tools and knowledge-management systems
• Experience in application and database development (e.g., .NET, Oracle) and understanding of Enterprise Information Architecture, functional safety, and Business Continuity
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
