Description

You will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and developing business systems used in an international organization, with daily focus on SAP processes and financial controlling structures. The role includes administering SAP controlling cost structures (MPK/cost centers/plants), monitoring the correctness of SAP processes and data, preparing recurring financial reports, and supporting business users. You will collaborate with Finance, Controlling, IT, and external vendors to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the controlling area in SAP, including updates to cost structures (MPK)

• Daily monitoring of SAP process and data correctness; respond to irregularities

• Prepare recurring financial reports (monthly and periodic) to support business decisions

• Work with Finance and business teams to ensure data quality and process efficiency in SAP

• Participate in process improvements, system changes implementation, and create user-supporting documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or related

• Experience supporting business systems or application environments

• Practical SAP knowledge

• English to collaborate in an international environment

• Ability to analyze business processes and solve system problems

• Independence, strong work organization, and accountability

• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration

• Experience in finance or controlling is a plus
