Description

You will manage the procurement interface between internal teams and external partners, covering software, IT services, and cloud solutions. The role includes end-to-end contracting, purchasing process optimization, and support across the full contract lifecycle. You will also ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create, negotiate, and conclude contracts end-to-end, especially for services, assistance services, and software

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as DORA, VAG, and GDPR (DSGVO)

• Continuously manage contracts and purchase orders and optimize procurement processes

• Develop tailored solutions together with specialist departments, risk management, and legal, and support the entire contract lifecycle

• Contribute to projects and help drive the development of central procurement

Requirements

• Experience in indirect procurement, ideally with a focus on software, IT services, or services

• Knowledge of tendering as well as price, conditions, and contract negotiations

• Interest in technology, digitization, and modern IT solutions

• Structured working style, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of optimizing procurement processes

• Openness to regulatory requirements and good English skills for supplier communication
