Description

You’ll start your IT career in procurement without needing prior purchasing experience. The role includes working with leading server hardware brands, communicating with suppliers, maintaining purchase prices and orders in an information system, and preparing pricing inputs for customer offers. You’ll also help identify new products by comparing parameters and prices.

Responsibilities

• Purchase IT technologies and learn to navigate server hardware product offerings

• Contact vendors to request products and verify availability; gradually participate in negotiating purchase terms

• Update purchase prices, process orders, and enter required data into the company information system

• Support the sales team by preparing pricing materials for customer quotations and helping identify suitable solutions

• Discover new products by researching options, comparing technical parameters and pricing, and monitoring supplier offers

Requirements

• Interest in IT technologies or an IT-related degree

• Meticulous, organized, and communicative; able to work with others

• Communicate in English when working with technical documentation and via email

• Motivation to learn and grow; procurement experience is not required
