Description

Build business process automation solutions on the Appian platform across design, development, unit testing, incident resolution, and enhancements. Own end-to-end Appian application delivery (architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance) while ensuring production stability and scalability. Collaborate with business stakeholders and production users to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Appian solutions using customization and configuration
• Design, build, and support end-to-end Appian applications (architecture, development, deployment, maintenance)
• Implement solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Ensure stability and scalability of the production environment
• Follow Appian development standards and best practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable Appian solutions
• Support deployment, release management, and environment configuration

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on Appian platform development
• 7+ years overall IT experience
• Understanding of Appian objects: Records, Reports, Interfaces, Process Models, CDTs, Constants, Rules
• Expertise customizing Appian to address platform limitations
• Background in Appian Plug-ins, Sites, and SAIL UI design
• Proficiency in SQL and XML
• Web service integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• English proficiency at B2+ level
