Description

Build and enhance business process automation solutions on the Appian platform, covering design, development, unit testing, incident resolution, and enhancement delivery. Ensure scalable, high-quality applications aligned with Appian best practices while collaborating with business stakeholders, production users, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective automation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Appian development using customization and configuration

• Design, build, and support end-to-end Appian applications (architecture, development, deployment, maintenance)

• Design and implement Appian solutions aligned with business and technical requirements

• Ensure stability and scalability of the production environment

• Follow Appian development standards and best practices

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Support deployment, release management, and environment configuration

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Appian platform development experience

• 7+ years of overall IT experience

• Understanding of Appian objects: Records, Reports, Interfaces, Process Models, CDTs, Constants, Rules

• Expertise customizing Appian to address platform limitations

• Background in Appian Plug-ins, Sites, and SAIL UI design

• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP)

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• English proficiency at B2+ level
