Description

You will design, build, test, and enhance end-to-end Appian applications. The role includes production support, incident resolution, and ensuring scalable, stable deployments aligned with Appian best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop in Appian using customization and configuration

• Design, build, and support end-to-end Appian applications (architecture, development, deployment, maintenance)

• Implement Appian solutions aligned with business and technical requirements

• Ensure production stability and scalability

• Follow Appian development standards and best practices

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Support deployment, release management, and environment configuration

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience designing and developing solutions on the Appian platform

• 7+ years overall IT experience

• Understanding of Appian objects (Records, Reports, Interfaces, Process Models, CDTs, Constants, Rules)

• Expertise in customizing Appian to address platform limitations

• Background in Appian Plug-ins, Sites, and SAIL UI design

• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP)

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• English proficiency at B2+ level
