Description

We are seeking a Senior Appian Developer to design and build scalable Appian applications for business process automation. You will translate business and technical requirements into Appian solutions, ensuring stability and scalability in production while following Appian best practices. You will also support deployment, release management, environment configuration, and operational incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Appian development using customization and configuration
• Design, build, and support end-to-end Appian applications (architecture, development, deployment, maintenance)
• Design and implement Appian solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Ensure production environment stability and scalability
• Ensure adherence to Appian development standards and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Support deployment, release management, and environment configuration

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience designing and developing solutions on the Appian platform
• 7+ years overall IT experience
• Understanding of Appian objects: Records, Reports, Interfaces, Process Models, CDTs, Constants, Rules
• Expertise in customizing Appian to address platform limitations
• Background in Appian Plug-ins, Sites, and SAIL UI design
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• English proficiency at B2+ level
