Description

Senior Appian Developer role focused on building business process automation solutions on the Appian platform. You will design, develop, unit test, and maintain end-to-end Appian applications, ensuring production stability, scalability, and alignment with business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Appian development using customization and configuration

• Design, build, and support end-to-end Appian applications (architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance)

• Design and implement Appian solutions aligned with business and technical requirements

• Ensure stability and scalability of the production environment

• Follow Appian development standards and best practices

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

• Support deployment, release management, and environment configuration

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing Appian solutions

• 7+ years of overall IT experience

• Understanding of Appian objects: Records, Reports, Interfaces, Process Models, CDTs, Constants, Rules

• Expertise customizing Appian to address platform limitations

• Background in Appian Plug-ins, Sites, and SAIL UI design

• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and REST/SOAP web service integrations

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• English proficiency at B2+ level
