Description

Join as a Senior SAP Developer to design and build scalable cloud-native business services and extensions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) using the CAP model. Develop backend services that support core business operations, integrate SAP with external systems via REST and OData, and build user interfaces with SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori elements. Solutions must be scalable, high-performing, and maintainable, with active troubleshooting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build cloud-based applications aligned to evolving business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain backend services supporting core business operations
• Ensure scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices
• Support integration of systems and services for seamless data flow
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant SAP development experience
• Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade applications using SAP CAP
• Proficiency in Node.js and/or Java for backend microservices
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with core SAP solutions and external APIs (REST, OData)
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP security (XUAA authentication, destination management)
• Experience with SAP Fiori elements and event-driven architecture using SAP Event Mesh
• Proficiency in SAPUI5
• English communication skills at B2 level or higher
