Description

Business Systems Analyst needed to develop a Salesforce CRM for Corporate Banking, covering the full customer journey from lead acquisition to finalization of a credit transaction. You will analyze and refine business and system requirements, design solution concepts and business architecture, and work closely with business and technical teams. The role also includes defining and documenting integrations and supporting CRM feature development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine business and system requirements

• Create solution concepts and business architecture

• Model and document business processes

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams

• Define and document integrations between systems

• Support development and implementation of new CRM functionality

• Prepare analytical and project documentation

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis and/or system analysis

• Experience with Salesforce CRM systems

• Experience in creating solution concepts and business architecture

• Knowledge of REST API

• Knowledge of RabbitMQ

• Knowledge of AsyncAPI

• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams

• Experience in banking

• Fluency in English and Polish

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of analytical methodologies

• Experience designing UI/UX
