Description

You will analyze business needs and convert them into clear, structured, actionable IT requirements for scalable and sustainable digital banking solutions. You will define features and user stories with Product Owners and stakeholders, and drive delivery activities in an Agile environment across Business, IT, and Design. You will coordinate requirements and deliveries with external vendors, support release planning, and help with manual testing for new and enhanced business functionality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable IT requirements

• Define features and user stories with Product Owners and stakeholders

• Collaborate with Business, IT, Design, and other teams to drive delivery in Agile

• Coordinate requirements and deliveries with external vendors and ensure alignment/quality

• Support Product Owners with product development and release roadmap planning

• Identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and cross-team delivery challenges

• Support manual testing of new business functionalities and maintenance changes

• Maintain documentation and ensure effective communication between business and technical stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in IT and/or Business Analysis within the banking industry

• Proven experience translating business needs into features, user stories, and IT requirements

• Experience working closely with Product Owners and supporting product/release roadmap planning

• Strong ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders in Agile

• Very good communication skills and ability to coordinate across stakeholders and teams

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence

• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
