Description

You will gather, analyze, and specify business and system requirements, then create and maintain analytical and project documentation. The position requires practical modeling of IT systems using UML and business process modeling with BPMN, supporting effective alignment between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and specify business and system requirements

• Create, update, and maintain analytical and project documentation

• Model IT systems using UML: use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams

• Independently develop models and diagrams in Enterprise Architect and use its capabilities during IT analysis and design

• Analyze dependencies between business processes, requirements, and system functionalities

• Build effective communication between business and technical teams

• Prepare and run analytical workshops to gather requirements and develop solution concepts with stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role

• Very good, practical knowledge of UML and ability to independently create and interpret UML diagrams

• Practical knowledge of Enterprise Architect, including creating, editing, and managing models and diagrams used in analytical and project documentation

• Good knowledge of BPMN and ability to model business processes

• Experience analyzing IT systems, documenting requirements, and creating use cases and technical solution concepts

• Ability to analyze information from multiple sources, identify dependencies, anticipate potential problems, and propose solutions

• Communicative English

• Teamwork skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
