Description

You will collect, document, and manage business requirements, and model new system functions for selected software projects. You will steer and track optimization and further development of internal specialist and standard applications, and analyze, document, and optimize business processes with the specialist departments. You will also test and accept application changes and support rollout through documentation, guidelines, training concepts, and user training workshops.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements; model system functions (User Stories, BPMN, UML)

• Coordinate and track application optimization and further development for internal specialist and standard applications

• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes with specialist departments

• Test and accept specialist applications; create documentation, guidelines, and training concepts

• Plan and run workshops and end-user trainings to support successful software introduction

• Work in projects and virtual IT teams; support application administrators

Requirements

• Completed degree (FH/BA) in Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience with a focus on requirements, product, or process management

• Broad IT understanding (application development, databases, operating systems)

• Confident use of common software products

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident, stakeholder-facing presence
