Description

Create German and English e-learning courses and documentation about solutions and internal processes for specific target groups. Support Customer Service applications, including a learning management system and a knowledge base. Help improve training and documentation standards and processes, including through AI, and provide documentation/training guidance and Knowledge Services-related customer support.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop content about solutions and internal processes tailored to target groups
• Create e-learning courses and documentation in German and English
• Manage and support learning management system (LMS) and knowledge base used by Customer Service
• Improve training and documentation standards and processes, including via AI
• Provide support and advice on documentation and training
• Handle customer communication related to Knowledge Services

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken German and English; French is a plus
• Several years of professional experience in e-learning or technical documentation
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills and hands-on experience with learning management systems and documentation management solutions
• Comfortable with occasional business travel
