Description

You will lead trainings for end users and management on SharePoint and Microsoft 365, including needs analysis, program design, and creation of hands-on educational materials. You will also maintain a repository of training documentation, collect and analyze feedback from sessions, and support user adoption during application deployments and change management. The project focuses on building digital competencies through close cooperation with business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and identify competency gaps among ICT users
• Create, develop, and maintain a repository of training materials and related documentation
• Collect and analyze insights and requests arising from completed trainings
• Design training programs, select teaching methods, and define training effectiveness measures
• Deliver trainings, workshops, and practical sessions for end users
• Provide training and mentoring for management and leadership teams
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on requirements definition and change management
• Support deployments of new applications and execute training plans tied to rollouts
• Analyze business processes and learn new ICT solutions needed for effective training delivery
• Prepare training materials, practical exercises, and assess training outcomes
• Manage training schedules, organize training rooms, and prepare technical environments for sessions
• Promote available training programs within the organization

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years of experience delivering training or user education for ICT systems
• CompTIA CTT+ certification or equivalent internationally recognized certification
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum first cycle)
• English proficiency level C1+
• Documented experience as an ICT/training technology trainer
• Experience planning training scope and creating training materials
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Practical experience running in-person and remote workshops/training
• Knowledge of effective teaching methods, techniques, and standards
• Very good knowledge of office tools, video conferencing platforms, and training tools
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management
• Excellent knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365-based solutions
• Experience delivering technical support and training for end users
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
• Technical versatility and readiness to work with diverse platforms and applications
