Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst (HealthTech)

Description

You’ll help convert complex business challenges into valuable product solutions for a HealthTech project. Working closely with the US client and development teams, you’ll manage requirements and backlog content while supporting delivery from planning through testing and deployment in Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and functional requirements (Product Vision, Roadmap, Product Backlog)

• Continuously prioritize the backlog and evaluate business value

• Create use cases and manage user stories and epics aligned with the product strategy

• Collaborate with business, developers, and QA across the full product lifecycle (planning, design, testing, and rollout)

• Manage stakeholder needs for both internal and external parties with transparent communication

• Stay on top of Agile/Scrum trends and maintain high methodology standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in a similar role

• English proficiency at C1 level (required)

• Practical experience with Product Discovery and translating business needs into requirements via workshops, interviews, prototyping, etc.

• Strong understanding of software development in Agile/Scrum

• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, understandable outputs

• Strong intellectual curiosity and interest in how products solve user problems

• Proactive attitude and growth mindset (“I can learn this”)

• Team-player mindset with a strong focus on delivering results (getting things done)

• Ability to apply best practices and set quality standards for the team
