Description

Engineering Manager to lead network, cybersecurity, and datacenter automation projects end-to-end. You will own successful delivery and sustaining the current growth pace, combining strong technical knowledge with experience in network automation or software development. You will also act as the main client contact, shape technical roadmaps, and manage project financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementations from scoping to rollout and handover

• Be the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including senior management

• Participate in technical and architectural discussions and shape project roadmaps

• Manage project financials and profitability for both T&M and fixed-price engagements

• Grow engagements via upsell, cross-sell, and presales support

• Cultivate team dynamics and a positive workplace culture

• Lead people operations across the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development meetings)

• Visit clients on-site a few times a year (Europe and the US)

Requirements

• 5+ years as an Engineering Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, or similar role

• Proven experience delivering implementation or integration projects at client sites

• Strong customer-facing and communication skills, including escalations and negotiating scope

• Business acumen: experience managing budgets and margins and growing client accounts

• Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers on complex technical projects

• Hands-on engineering background (Software, Network, DevOps, or Infrastructure)

• Solid knowledge of at least two of: networking, network automation, cybersecurity, Data Center infrastructure, Public Cloud, CI/CD

• English at C1 level or higher; flexibility to work across EMEA and US time zones
