Description

Own engineering product programs from concept and design through bring-up, validation, and mass production for datacenter products and power solutions. Collaborate with senior leaders and JDM partners, align stakeholders on clear requirements and timelines, and lead multi-functional teams to deliver critical project priorities. Drive continuous process improvement, including automation and corrective actions, and refine execution plans with staffing, schedules, and contingencies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop product strategies and development plans
• Own programs end-to-end: concept → design → bring-up → validation → mass production
• Engage JDM partners as an extension of the engineering team to meet performance and quality goals
• Create and refine execution plans (staffing, schedules, contingencies) and test plans against precision
• Identify and communicate critical priorities; align and lead multi-functional teams
• Champion excellence and continuous process improvement (automation, corrective actions)

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall industry experience, including 5 years of leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Clear understanding of technical and logistical challenges for delivering power solutions or server platforms
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams tackling System/HW/SW integration challenges
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Experience working with suppliers/development partners/customers from product definition through mass production
• Ability to multi-task and drive complex programs

• Base salary range: Level 4 $168,000–$258,750; Level 5 $200,000–$322,000 (location/experience dependent)
