Description

Own multi-channel marketing campaigns across SEO, content, paid acquisition, and analytics to drive growth on global digital projects. Lead client discovery, interviews, and marketing workshops to identify the real business problem, translate goals into marketing strategy, run marketing audits, and present recommendations. Support pre-sales activities including scoping, approach, marketing team definition, and proposal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client discovery sessions and interviews with stakeholders

• Run marketing workshops and align with senior/C-level stakeholders

• Identify the underlying business problem and translate business objectives into marketing strategy

• Conduct marketing audits and present/defend strategic recommendations

• Support pre-sales: define scope/approach, propose the required marketing team, and prepare/present proposals

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience

• 2+ years of agency experience

• Strong strategic marketing background

• Proven experience with Marketing Research and GTM Strategy

• Strong Product Marketing and positioning skills

• Broad understanding of digital marketing channels

• Strong analytical and commercial thinking

• Experience building integrated marketing strategies

• Ability to connect marketing activities with business and revenue outcomes

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Ability to structure complex and ambiguous business problems

• English: Upper-Intermediate+ or higher

• Russian: Advanced or higher
