Description

Lead the design and configuration of Polish payroll solutions using SAP HCM Payroll (PY-PL) or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Configure wage types, gross-to-net calculations, PIT, ZUS declarations, payroll deductions, and Employee Capital Plans (PPK). Support payroll testing through parallel runs and validation, and deliver end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of Polish payroll solutions in SAP HCM Payroll (PY-PL) or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Configure wage types, gross-to-net calculations, PIT, ZUS declarations, payroll deductions, and PPK
• Implement and configure processes related to Employee Mutual Aid Funds (PKZP/KZP)
• Run parallel payroll cycles, validate results, and coordinate testing activities
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to meet business requirements and Polish statutory regulations
• Analyze existing payroll processes, identify improvements, and recommend SAP-based solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM consulting or a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY-PL) or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Proven experience with SAP HCM implementations across multiple implementation cycles
• Strong knowledge of Polish payroll regulations including PIT, ZUS, and PPK
• Experience configuring payroll processes, wage types, deductions, and gross-to-net calculations
• Understanding of HR policies, Polish labor law, and payroll compliance requirements
• Experience with payroll testing, parallel runs, validation, and end-user training
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• English B2+ and Polish B2+
