Description

Plan the SAP HCM service strategy and design the service, including responsibility for service transition, service operation, and budget planning for SAP HCM. Lead or contribute to projects and help shape the SAP HCM personnel management system. Serve as the contact for HR/Organization and cooperation partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan SAP HCM service strategy

• Design service components (service design)

• Own service transition and service operation for SAP HCM and handle budget planning

• Lead SAP HCM projects or participate in them

• Contribute to shaping the SAP HCM personnel management system

• Act as point of contact for HR/Organization and cooperation partners

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Social Insurance (Bachelor/FH diploma) or equivalent, plus at least 2 years relevant experience

• Alternatively: training as IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or in a commercial/office/administrative occupation, plus at least 4 years relevant experience

• Strong SAP HCM knowledge in both application and customizing

• Structured and responsible working style

• Analytical thinking and strong decision-making

• Conceptual work and project competence; knowledge of project management methods/tools; experience leading or participating in projects

• Strong communication skills

• German language skills at least C1

• Willingness for occasional business travel
