Description

You will lead strategic SAP HCM implementation and transformation projects for Polish and international clients. The role includes planning, configuration, and integration of SAP HCM modular solutions, managing client relationships, and supporting team members. You will also participate in SAP HCM maintenance and service projects and develop expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and its integration with SAP HCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM implementation projects and transformation initiatives

• Plan, configure, and integrate SAP HCM modular solutions (PY and PT focus)

• Manage client relationships and communication

• Support and guide junior team members

• Contribute to HR solution development strategy with clients

• Participate in SAP HCM maintenance and service engagements

• Build capability in SAP SuccessFactors and integration with SAP HCM

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of SAP HCM experience, especially Polish Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT)

• Led at least 2 implementation or transformation projects as lead consultant

• Practical knowledge of PY and PT module functionality

• Knowledge of Polish HR processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage projects and client relationships

• Fluent communication in Polish and English (spoken and written)
