Description

You will lead engineering teams to deliver innovative analytical and AI solutions using cloud-native data frameworks and NoSQL technologies. The role connects technology, business, and AI by analyzing business problems and technical environments, designing quality architectures, and mentoring team members. You will collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to evaluate features and drive engineering decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Data, and NoSQL technologies
• Build Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using best-in-class data frameworks
• Drive next waves of AI adoption
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architecture
• Partner with architects, technical leads, and other functional groups
• Analyze business problems and technical environments to design high-quality technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure test solutions follow best practices
• Mentor team members and foster a high-performance engineering culture
• Write and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with Data Software Engineering technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Vast experience with Spark and Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
• Experience managing small to mid-size teams using Agile methodology
• Ability to explain technological solutions simply and in business-oriented terms
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (B2+)
