Description

Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of cloud-native solutions using Python, focused on scalability, security, performance, and containerization or serverless architectures. Architect managed database solutions, implement observability via monitoring and logging, automate infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code, and drive CI/CD for rapid delivery. Build AI-integrated solutions including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, while mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and deployment of cloud-native solutions with Python
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and containerization/serverless fit
• Design managed database architecture for efficient data handling
• Implement monitoring and logging for observability
• Apply Infrastructure as Code to automate provisioning and management
• Drive CI/CD practices for automated application delivery
• Build AI-integrated solutions: LLM apps, RAG pipelines, AI agents
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development with strong Python emphasis
• 1+ year relevant technical leadership experience
• Proven experience designing scalable, robust web architecture with cost-effectiveness awareness
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native principles and hands-on cloud services (containerization/serverless)
• Deep experience with a cloud platform: Azure or AWS or GCP
• Hands-on experience implementing application monitoring and logging
• Practical AI knowledge: use AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and build AI-integrated solutions (LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, or integrations with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Cloud platform certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• AI/LLM frameworks and tooling: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector stores (Azure AI Search, pgvector, Pinecone)
• AI orchestration patterns: multi-agent systems, evaluator-optimizer loops, retrieval-augmented generation
• Advanced cloud-native architecture experience
