Description

Develop and implement innovative analytical solutions using cloud-native, data, and NoSQL technologies. Build Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions with best-in-class data frameworks and lead engineering efforts to drive the next waves of AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical solutions using cloud-native, data, and NoSQL technologies
• Design and deliver Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using data frameworks
• Drive next waves of AI adoption
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape requirements and architecture decisions
• Partner with architects and technical leads across functional groups
• Analyze business problems and technical environments to design quality solutions
• Participate in code review and ensure tests and implementations follow best practices
• Mentor team members and foster a high-performance engineering culture
• Write and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with data software engineering technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Vast experience with Spark and Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Confidence using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience managing small and mid-size teams using Agile methodology
• Ability to explain technological solutions simply and in a business-oriented way
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (B2+)
