Description

Design and deliver scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise-grade solutions, integrating cloud-native modernization and Generative AI components. Lead architecture design sessions, guide engineering teams through hands-on prototyping and implementation, and translate client needs into actionable architectural blueprints. Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders through demos, discovery workshops, and pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business goals and technical strategy
• Lead architecture design sessions and guide engineering teams through prototyping, implementation, and best practices
• Collaborate with clients to define outcomes and convert business challenges into architectural blueprints
• Drive modernization initiatives using cloud-native technologies, data platforms, and event-driven systems
• Integrate Generative AI components using frameworks, APIs, and vector databases to create measurable impact
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executives via workshops, demos, and pre-sales support

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture with proven enterprise delivery
• Strong coding proficiency; ability to prototype and automate; collaboration across multiple technologies
• Hands-on expertise with Azure, AWS, or GCP; familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
• Understanding of data engineering, integration patterns, data governance, and privacy-by-design
• Practical experience or strong grounding in Generative AI, including orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), vector databases, and model APIs
• Excellent client engagement and communication skills; ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
