Description

You will lead the development and implementation of innovative analytical solutions using cloud-native data and NoSQL technologies, including Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid deployments. You’ll drive next waves of AI adoption, collaborate with product and engineering teams on requirements and architecture, and mentor engineers while ensuring quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Data, and NoSQL-related technologies
• Develop and implement Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using best-in-the-class data frameworks
• Drive next waves of AI adoption
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architecture
• Build partnerships with architects and technical leads across functional groups
• Analyze business problems and technical environments to design quality technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure test solutions meet best practices
• Build and foster a high-performance engineering culture; mentor team members
• Write project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with Data Software Engineering technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Vast experience with Spark and Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
• Experience managing small and mid-size teams using Agile methodology
• Ability to explain technological solutions in a simple, business-oriented way
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (B2+)
