Description

You will develop and implement innovative analytical solutions and help drive the next waves of AI adoption using Cloud Native, data, and NoSQL technologies. The role includes designing cloud/on-premise/hybrid solutions, collaborating with product and engineering teams on requirements and architecture, and ensuring quality through code review and testing. You will also mentor engineers and maintain project documentation while building a high-performance engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Data, and NoSQL technologies
• Deliver Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using best-in-the-class data frameworks
• Drive next waves of AI adoption
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architecture
• Build collaborative partnerships with architects and technical leads across functional groups
• Perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments to design quality technical solutions
• Participate in code review and testing to ensure best-practice compliance
• Mentor team members and foster a high-performance engineering culture
• Write project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience in Data Software Engineering
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Vast experience with Spark and Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience managing small and mid-size teams using Agile methodology
• Ability to explain technological solutions in a simple, business-oriented way
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• English communication skills at B2+ level (oral and written)
