Description

Lead the development of innovative analytical and AI-adjacent solutions using cloud-native, data, and NoSQL technologies. Design cloud/on-prem/hybrid solutions with best-in-class data frameworks while collaborating with product and engineering teams to evaluate features and architecture. Mentor team members, drive AI adoption, and ensure quality through code reviews and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Data, and NoSQL technologies
• Build cloud/on-prem/hybrid solutions using modern data frameworks
• Drive next waves of AI adoption
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architecture
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads across functional groups
• Analyze business problems and technical environments to design high-quality technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and testing to meet best-practice specifications
• Mentor team members and foster a high-performance engineering culture
• Write and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development with Data Software Engineering technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Vast experience with Spark and Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Confidence using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience managing small to mid-size teams using Agile methodology
• Ability to explain technological solutions in a simple, business-oriented way
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (B2+)
