Description

Lead and deliver innovative analytical solutions using cloud-native data and NoSQL technologies, driving next waves of AI adoption. Work with product and engineering teams to shape requirements and evaluate architecture, while mentoring teams and ensuring high engineering standards through quality reviews and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Data, and NoSQL-related technologies

• Develop and implement Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using best-in-class data frameworks

• Drive next waves of AI adoption

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architecture

• Build partnerships with architects, technical leads, and cross-functional technical groups

• Perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments to design quality technical solutions

• Actively participate in code review and test solutions to ensure best-practice compliance

• Mentor team members and foster a high-performance engineering culture

• Write and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with Data Software Engineering technologies

• Advanced knowledge of Python

• Extensive experience with Spark and Databricks

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform

• Experience with and confidence in using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)

• Experience managing small and mid-size teams using Agile methodology

• Ability to explain technological solutions in a simple, business-oriented way

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (B2+)
