Description

Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of scalable, resilient, and observable cloud-native solutions using Python, with AI at the core. Drive architecture for efficient managed data handling, observability (monitoring and logging), Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD automation. Build and integrate AI solutions including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, while mentoring and conducting code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and deployment of cloud-native Python solutions focusing on scalability, security, performance, and containerization or serverless architectures
• Design architecture and structure for managed database solutions
• Implement observability via monitoring and logging
• Use Infrastructure as Code to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management
• Drive CI/CD practices for rapid and automated application delivery
• Design and build AI-integrated solutions: LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents
• Mentor team members and perform code reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong emphasis on Python
• 1+ year of technical leadership experience
• Proven experience designing scalable and robust web architecture with cost awareness
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native principles with hands-on experience in containerization and serverless computing
• Deep experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Hands-on experience implementing application monitoring and logging
• Practical AI knowledge: AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) plus experience building LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, or OpenAI/Azure OpenAI integrations
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
