Develop and implement innovative analytical solutions using Cloud Native, data, and NoSQL technologies. Drive the next waves of AI adoption while collaborating with product and engineering teams to design quality architectures and evaluate new features. Mentor team members, lead code reviews, ensure testing best practices, and document projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical solutions using cloud-native and NoSQL-related technologies

• Build Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using modern data frameworks

• Drive next waves of AI adoption

• Partner with product and engineering teams on requirements, features, and architecture decisions

• Collaborate with architects and technical leads across functional groups

• Analyze business problems and technical environments to design quality solutions

• Participate in code review and test solutions to ensure best practices

• Foster a high-performance engineering culture and mentor team members

• Write and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with Data Software Engineering technologies

• Advanced knowledge of Python

• Extensive experience with Spark and Databricks

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Experience using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)

• Experience managing small to mid-size teams using Agile methodology

• Ability to explain solutions simply for business stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Exceptional English communication skills (B2+)
