Description

The Systems Analyst will perform business/system/IT analysis and translate business requirements into technical requirements. The role includes writing solution specifications using bank-standard tools, preparing technical documentation, and defining and documenting system-to-system integrations while collaborating with developers in an agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Detail business analysis

• Convert business requirements into technical requirements

• Develop and document solution specifications using approved tools

• Prepare technical documentation

• Define and document integrations between systems

• Collaborate with the development team

Requirements

• Independent experience conducting analytical work (business/system/IT) in banking or insurance software development projects

• Knowledge of BPMN and UML (Enterprise Architect is a plus)

• Ability to produce functional and system documentation

• Practical knowledge of SOA and ESB architecture assumptions and system integration concepts

• Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in Scrum

• Ability to identify and visualize dependencies between applications/components

• Collaboration experience with developers supported by Jira and Confluence

• Higher education in a relevant field (preferred: Informatics, Mathematics)
