Description

You prototype working AI solutions and demos to validate ideas quickly, then own shaping and delivery so the outcome makes it into a live system. You translate vague, high-stakes goals into a clear problem statement and definition of success, while building the business case and driving adoption during rollout.

Responsibilities

• Prototype working AI solutions and demos yourself to prove the idea in pre-sales and accelerate time to value
• Own the client relationship as the day-to-day point of contact; earn trust and be clear about trade-offs
• Shape what gets built and why by turning vague goals into problem statements, solutions, and success criteria
• Carry the work through: participate in shaping during pre-sales and stay on into delivery
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders and bring clarity when direction shifts
• Build the business case and ROI story to help clients invest with confidence
• Drive adoption through rollout and change; collect lessons learned and improve how work is done

Requirements

• Hands-on GenAI prototyping using tools such as Claude/Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, app builders (v0, Lovable, Replit), and agent platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Demonstrated delivery of AI agents or AI-native features into production client use (not just prototypes)
• Customer-facing, high-stakes experience leading work with misaligned stakeholders and unclear paths (5+ years in product or consulting preferred)
• Deep domain expertise in at least one vertical: Financial Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Travel & Hospitality
• Strong 0→1 product mindset and comfort operating under ambiguity without a playbook
• GenAI fluency: LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Ability to communicate and structure discussion; translate executive whiteboarding into crisp engineering briefs
• Bias for action with willingness to quickly prototype (weekend prototypes, rapid workshops/demos)
