Description

Own the journey from first conversation to a live AI system: translate ambiguous, high-stakes goals into a clear problem statement and success definition, and lead delivery alongside engineering, data, and architecture. You prototype working solutions yourself and serve as the client’s day-to-day partner, staying direct about trade-offs while guiding what gets built and why.

Responsibilities

• Prototype working AI solutions and demos yourself to validate ideas in pre-sales and reach value quickly
• Own the client relationship and act as the day-to-day point of contact
• Turn vague goals into a sharp problem statement, a solution direction, and measurable success criteria
• Lead shaping in pre-sales and continue into delivery so nothing is lost in handover
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders and bring clarity when direction is fuzzy
• Build the business case and ROI story to support client investment decisions
• Drive adoption through rollout and change; capture lessons and improve how the team works

Requirements

• Hands-on AI prototyping using modern toolsets: Claude/Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, v0/Lovable/Replit, and agent platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Track record shipping AI agents or AI-native features into production and live client use
• Customer-facing, high-stakes experience leading work with misaligned stakeholders (typically 5+ years in product/consulting; track record prioritized)
• Deep domain expertise in at least one vertical: Financial Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Travel & Hospitality
• Strong product/value mindset with 0→1 innovation under ambiguity
• GenAI fluency: LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, and MCP
• Ability to communicate and structure discussions: move from executive whiteboarding to crisp engineering briefs
• Bias for action with rapid prototypes, workshops, and demos on short notice
