Description

Build and lead product strategy and roadmap for agentic AI solutions that address organizations’ critical operational challenges. Translate customer feedback into prioritized features, collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reliable production systems, and support go-to-market activities including pricing and packaging. Help customers move from reactive operations to proactive, AI-driven excellence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap for agentic AI solutions in operational excellence
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Define and prioritize features that address key customer pain points
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Support go-to-market activities, including pricing and packaging recommendations
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless integration

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
• 3+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, IT, or related areas
• 7+ years of full product life cycle experience
• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience
• 5+ years of creating written docs for development of new products
• 5+ years of enterprise security product experience
• 5+ years of product management experience in cloud computing technology
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
• Experience taking a product from conception & definition through engineering design and to market
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products with full lifecycle ownership (concept through GTM)
