Description

You will help clients turn ambiguous, high-stakes business goals into working GenAI solutions that ship and get used. The role is client-facing and hands-on: prototype demos yourself, shape the problem statement and definition of success, lead workshops, and carry the work through delivery. You collaborate with engineering, data, and architecture to scale to production and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Prototype working AI solutions and demos yourself to prove ideas in pre-sales and reach value fast

• Own the client relationship as the day-to-day partner and main point of contact

• Turn vague goals into a sharp problem statement, solution, and success definition

• Lead shaping in pre-sales and stay through delivery so nothing is lost in handover

• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to bring clarity and alignment

• Build a business case and ROI story to support client investment

• Drive rollout and change so solutions are adopted, then feed learnings back into delivery

Requirements

• Hands-on prototyping using modern GenAI toolsets by default

• Delivered AI agents or AI-native features to production and real client use (not only lab prototypes)

• Customer-facing experience leading initiatives with misaligned stakeholders and unclear paths

• ~5+ years product or consulting experience (track record matters most)

• Deep domain depth in at least one vertical (Financial Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Travel & Hospitality)

• Strong 0→1 product/value mindset in ambiguity

• Working fluency in LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, and MCP

• Ability to ask sharp questions and convert executive ideas into crisp engineering briefs

• Bias for action: quick prototypes, workshops, and demos on short notice
