Description

You turn ambiguous, high-stakes business goals into shipped GenAI solutions that create measurable value. The role is hands-on: you prototype and demo AI capabilities yourself, shape the problem statement and success metrics, lead workshops to align stakeholders, and stay through delivery. You also build the ROI story and drive change so the solution gets adopted in production.

Responsibilities

• Prototype working AI solutions and demos to prove ideas quickly in pre-sales.
• Own the client relationship as the day-to-day point of contact; build trust and be clear about trade-offs.
• Define what we build and why: convert vague goals into a problem statement, solution, and definition of success.
• Carry it through: lead shaping in pre-sales, then continue into delivery to preserve intent.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders; bring clarity when briefs are fuzzy or priorities shift.
• Make the case with a business plan and ROI narrative so clients can invest confidently.
• Drive adoption through rollout and change; feed lessons back into how the team works.

Requirements

• Hands-on AI prototyping using modern tooling: Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, and app builders (v0, Lovable, Replit), plus agent platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Track record of taking AI agents or AI-native features into production and live client use (not lab prototypes only).
• Customer-facing, high-stakes experience leading work with misaligned stakeholders and unclear delivery paths (approximately 5+ years in product/consulting; track record matters most).
• Domain depth in at least one vertical: Financial Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Travel & Hospitality.
• 0→1 product innovation mindset: build from a blank page under ambiguity without a playbook.
• GenAI fluency: working knowledge of LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, and MCP.
• Strong communication and workshop leadership; ability to translate exec whiteboarding into an engineering-ready brief.
• Bias for action with rapid prototyping, demos, and workshop facilitation.
