Description

You’ll own the end-to-end journey from the first conversation to a working AI system that creates measurable value for clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you prototype AI solutions yourself, run workshops to align business and technical stakeholders, and define success criteria—then stay through delivery to ensure continuity. You’ll also build the business case and drive adoption so the solution is actually used.

Responsibilities

• Prototype working AI solutions and demos to validate ideas quickly in pre-sales.
• Own the client relationship as the day-to-day partner and primary point of contact.
• Turn vague, high-stakes goals into a clear problem statement, solution approach, and definition of success.
• Lead shaping in pre-sales and continue into delivery so the intent isn’t lost in handover.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders and bring clarity when direction changes.
• Build the business case and ROI story to help clients invest with confidence.
• Drive adoption through rollout and change management; feed learnings back into how the team works.

Requirements

• Hands-on prototyping experience with modern GenAI tooling (e.g., Claude/Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, app builders, and Microsoft Copilot Studio).
• Proven delivery of AI agents or AI-native features into production use by live clients.
• Customer-facing experience managing misaligned stakeholders and unclear solution paths (5+ years in product/consulting preferred).
• Deep domain expertise in at least one vertical: Financial Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Travel & Hospitality.
• 0→1 product and value mindset—comfortable building under ambiguity without a playbook.
• GenAI fluency: LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, and MCP.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to turn discussions into crisp engineering briefs.
• Bias for action with rapid prototyping, workshops, and demos on short notice.
