Description

You will turn ambiguous customer goals into shipped AI products and agent-based workflows. This is a client-facing role: you lead pre-sales discovery, define success, run workshops, build the ROI story, prototype solutions, and stay through delivery with engineering, data, and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Prototype working AI solutions and demos yourself to prove value quickly in pre-sales
• Own the day-to-day client relationship and manage expectations with clear trade-off communication
• Convert vague, high-stakes goals into a sharp problem statement, solution, and shared definition of success
• Carry the work through delivery so nothing is lost after pre-sales handover
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to bring clarity
• Build the business case and ROI story to support customer investment
• Drive adoption during rollout and change so what you build gets used

Requirements

• Hands-on AI prototyping experience using tools such as Claude/Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, and app builders (v0, Lovable, Replit), plus agent platforms (Microsoft Copilot Studio)
• Proven track record delivering AI agents or AI-native features into production (shipped and used)
• Customer-facing, high-stakes experience leading work with misaligned stakeholders and unclear paths
• ~5+ years in product and/or consulting (track record prioritized)
• Deep domain expertise in at least one vertical: Financial Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Travel & Hospitality
• 0→1 product and value mindset; can build under ambiguity without a playbook
• GenAI fluency: LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Ability to facilitate discussions and translate exec workshops into crisp engineering briefs
• Bias for action with rapid prototyping and short-notice demos/workshops
