Description

You will develop AI and digitalization across the group together with the IT & Digital Manager by setting governance and operating rules, managing evidence/tool administration, and ensuring permissions and data protection. You will push AI to the next level with agent capabilities, connections to internal company data, and AI steps integrated into automations. You will also turn user ideas into operational tools and measure real business value.

Responsibilities

• Set governance and rules for AI and digitalization across the group
• Maintain evidence and manage tools; ensure correct permissions and data protection
• Advance AI: agents, integration with company data, and AI steps in automation flows
• Develop Microsoft 365 as a collaboration and AI platform (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Coordinate the prototype-to-operations lifecycle for AI tools with advanced AI users in divisions
• Build and maintain automations in Make, n8n, and Power Automate
• Own data and reporting areas: data warehouse (with an external provider), Power BI (gateway, workspaces, permissions), data quality, and application connections
• Act as a technical guarantor for parts of the application portfolio, including corporate web sites and domains (updates, backups, access)
• Commission vendors, challenge estimates, review proposals, and accept delivered results

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications
• Ability to understand and manage AI tool behavior with permissions in SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID
• Advanced, practical AI experience with Claude and ChatGPT
• Solid understanding of generative AI fundamentals: LLM, RAG, and agent systems
• Own view on how to run AI in a company (rules, evidence, data protection, and measuring benefits)
• Product/economic thinking (KPIs, adoption, benefits, TCO)
• Data orientation: basic SQL and understanding of a data warehouse
• Experience with automation tools: Make, Zapier, n8n, or Power Automate (advanced automation preferred)
• Technical understanding of web applications/CMS and SaaS administration including connectors and integrations
• Basic cybersecurity awareness: MFA, access/permission management, phishing awareness, no secrets/keys in code, careful handling of personal data
• Vendor task management experience: define work, challenge effort estimates, and take delivery
• Strong communication skills in Czech (spoken and written) and English at a technical documentation level
• High initiative and ability to drive tasks to completion; resilience to changing priorities and scope
