Description

Lead delivery and coordination of a multi-team project. Ensure smooth execution across streams, align stakeholders, and enable high-quality outcomes in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the project team and keep it aligned with other workstreams and the overall plan.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and blockers.
• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders with transparent communication and reporting.
• Drive quality of deliverables and ensure readiness for key milestones (e.g., PI objectives, releases).
• Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams and drive continuous improvement of team processes.
• Support backlog refinement and ensure clarity of business requirements.

Requirements

• Strong experience in IT project delivery (ideally in complex, multi-stream environments).
• Solid, hands-on understanding of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage dependencies, and resolve issues.
• Good understanding of business analysis / requirements engineering.
• Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
