Description

Lead the design and development of scalable SAP solutions and cloud-driven integrations/extensions for global clients. Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable development tasks, while ensuring software best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. Drive continuous improvement using Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions using SAP and cloud technologies
• Support end-to-end SAP system implementations, including integrations and extensions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs
• Convert business requirements into technical designs and development tasks
• Ensure best practices across performance, security, and maintainability
• Improve delivery through Agile and DevOps (CI/CD, automation)
• Provide technical guidance to clients and build strong working relationships
• Participate in knowledge sharing and team growth

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an SAP expert with strong knowledge of BTP, ABAP, Fiori, HANA, Integration, OData, SAPUI5, ERP, Java, and S/4HANA
• Solid understanding of modern cloud-native solutions within and beyond the SAP ecosystem
• Expertise in ERP and/or S/4HANA with good grasp of end-to-end business processes
• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot for scalable and robust applications
• Familiarity with microservices architectures and event-driven design principles
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with practical DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, automation)
• Customer-oriented mindset; ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client projects
• Strong English communication and presentation skills (German considered a plus)
