Description

Lead a strategic initiative to increase the sales volume of consumer cash loans by changing the sales model, developing customer service processes, and implementing solutions that improve sales efficiency and customer experience.

Manage projects for retail credit-process development, particularly in CRM and distribution, while coordinating business and technology stakeholders.

Oversee project planning, monitoring, and budget/cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiative to grow consumer cash loan sales volume through sales-model changes and process improvements

• Manage credit-process development projects, especially in CRM and distribution

• Plan, monitor, and control the project budget and initiative costs

• Coordinate collaboration between business and technology areas to achieve business goals

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as Project Manager or Program Manager in strategic business-technology initiatives

• Experience with projects related to credit process development for retail customers

• Practical knowledge of CRM and Distribution in the banking sector

• Experience with transformation of sales processes, customer service process development, and improving sales efficiency

• Knowledge of project budgeting, financial planning, and cost control

• Ability to manage complex initiatives involving many stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration between business and IT
