Description

You will provide onsite IT support for AI-powered IP video surveillance and physical security technology, handling software, ticketing, services, and remote support. You will configure, commission, and maintain AI security systems and coordinate support cases with customers. The position includes structured onboarding, regular training, and manufacturer certifications.

Responsibilities

• IT support for AI-based IP video surveillance systems, including software, ticketing systems, services, and remote support

• Communicate with customers to align on and explain support cases

• Perform technical configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of AI physical security technology

Requirements

• Completed IT-technical training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration or IT system electronics) OR multiple years of IT support experience

• Knowledge of Windows

• Knowledge of networking

• Knowledge of PC hardware

• Very good German proficiency (written and spoken), at least C1

• Strong communication, responsible work approach, and ambition

• Pragmatic and helpful working style

• Preferred: at least 2 years of professional experience in the IT industry

• Willingness to commute to Kaarst (or plan relocation before starting)
