Description

Lead a team of project managers responsible for implementing AV technology and integration projects. Initially, you will manage selected key projects; over time, you will shift toward developing the team and coordinating the entire project portfolio. You will oversee quality, deadlines, economic balance, identify risks, and ensure smooth handover to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project manager team: set priorities, support, motivate, and coach team members
• Manage selected key projects from preparation and coordination to successful customer handover
• Oversee the project portfolio with responsibility for quality, timelines, budget balance, and risk mitigation
• Support smooth project execution: attend kickoff meetings, assess feasibility, and coordinate next steps between sales, design, and delivery teams
• Resolve complex situations by supporting the team, deciding on next steps, and ensuring successful completion
• Improve project management practices: define effective processes, share knowledge, and implement better ways of working
• Coordinate projects linked to construction delivery: align technical preparation, dependencies between trades, professional coordination, and final handover

Requirements

• Proven experience in people leadership; ability to build a functional team from individuals
• Experience managing complex technical/technology projects, ideally tied to construction execution
• Orientation in construction project environment: trade interdependencies, construction readiness, and implementation coordination
• Practical experience with project planning and management tools for schedules, capacities, budgets, and risks
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders including customers, sales, technical specialists, and suppliers
• Ownership mindset: independent decision-making, prioritization, and enabling team initiative
• Independent and well-organized, with a systems-thinking mindset
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA) is an advantage
